How we relate to merchants

Last updated: August 27, 2026

This page describes how Wine Queue relates to the shops we list. It is not legal advice to you.

Wine Queue (winequeue.com) is a flash-sale aggregator operated by AGRATERRA LLC, doing business as Wine Queue. The Site is informational. We list merchant wine drops. On Current Flash Sales we may link you to the listed drop. On Past Flash Sales the shop name is a label only — there is no outbound shop link.

We do not sell wine. We do not checkout, charge your card, or ship bottles. You buy from the merchant, not from us. The merchant is responsible for the sale, shipping, returns, taxes, licenses, and age verification at checkout.

Current Flash Sales. We may include a link labeled Open at {shop}. That link is a straight address on the merchant’s site (the listed drop). We do not currently get paid for clicks.

Past Flash Sales. Past listings are ended flashes only. The shop name is a label only. There is no outbound shop link on Past. That is not a live offer of the old price. Do not treat a past price as a deal you can still take.

How we are paid. As of August 27, 2026, we do not use affiliate links and we are not paid when you click through or buy. Current outbound links are straight merchant URLs, not `/go/` redirectors. Past has no outbound shop link. If we later add affiliate links, paid redirects, or get paid for clicks, we will update this page before or when those links go live. This page is the not-paid description of current practice. It does not say we will never take a commission, and it does not say we already do.

We do not accept payment from readers to list a bottle on the public board.
